My name is Sisounthone but most people prefer calling me on my nickname “Good” meaning “Curry Hair” in my local language. Let me warmly welcome you by saying “Welcome to Laos!”
I will be happy to accompany you as local guide during your trip in Laos.
I was born in a small community of farming families in the Lao countryside. Being of humble needs, my parents could not afford to get their sons into school, so at the age of 14, I decided to leave home and go to a Buddhist temple to become a Buddhist monk. I had spent four years there and ended up obtaining a high school education at the Buddhist School.
